Complete your intake
Answer a few questions online about your health, history, and goals. It takes about five minutes — no appointment needed to begin.

A licensed provider reviews
An independent, licensed provider reviews your information to determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate for you. In some cases they may request a quick phone or video consult. If it's not the right fit, you won't be prescribed — and you're not charged for medication that isn't prescribed.

Your prescription ships to your door
If prescribed, a licensed pharmacy prepares your treatment and ships it discreetly to your door — free, and typically within 3–5 days.

Ongoing care and support
Your provider guides your treatment and is your point of contact for questions along the way. Message them anytime through the TELI portal, and pause or cancel whenever you need.
