Frequently asked questions
Everything about how TELI works, your treatments, and getting started.
Getting started
How does TELI work?
You complete a short online intake. An independent, licensed provider reviews it and, if appropriate, writes a prescription. A licensed pharmacy then prepares and ships your treatment to your door — with provider support along the way.
Do I need a video visit?
Often, no — for many treatments a provider can review your intake without a live visit. Depending on your state, the treatment, or the provider's judgment, a phone or video consult may be required before a prescription is issued.
Who is eligible?
TELI treatments are available to adults. A licensed provider reviews your health information to determine whether a given treatment is appropriate for you. Not everyone will be eligible.
Where is TELI available?
Availability depends on your state of residence and provider licensure. You'll find out whether you're eligible during intake.
Treatments
What does TELI offer?
Prescription treatments across three areas: Longevity (NAD+, glutathione, lipotropics), Peptides (sermorelin, GHK-cu, and more), and Metabolic Health (GLP-1s, metformin, low-dose naltrexone).
What is a compounded medication?
A compounded medication is prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient pursuant to a valid prescription. Compounded medications aren't reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
Are TELI's treatments FDA-approved?
Some are FDA-approved medications; others are compounded and aren't FDA-reviewed. Either way, a treatment is available only if a licensed provider determines it's appropriate for you.
What forms do treatments come in?
Depending on the treatment: injection, nasal spray, oral tablet, troche, cream, or prefilled pen. Your provider helps determine which form is right for you.
Providers & prescriptions
Who reviews my information?
An independent, licensed provider reviews your intake and decides whether a treatment is clinically appropriate for you.
What if I'm not prescribed?
If a provider determines a treatment isn't appropriate for you, it won't be prescribed — and you're not charged for medication that isn't prescribed.
Are there side effects?
As with any prescription, side effects are possible. Your provider reviews your health history and discusses what to expect before prescribing, and stays available throughout your treatment.
Can I message my provider?
Yes. If prescribed, you can message your provider through the TELI portal for questions about your treatment.
Shipping & delivery
How fast will my order arrive?
If prescribed, your medication is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and typically ships within 3–5 days.
Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is free.
How is my medication packaged?
Your medication is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and shipped discreetly to your door.
Billing & plans
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the treatment and plan length. You'll see the price before you check out, and you're only charged for medication that's prescribed.
Is there a membership fee?
No — no subscriptions or membership fees, and no payment unless a treatment is prescribed.
Is it HSA/FSA eligible?
Many TELI treatments are generally HSA/FSA eligible, though eligibility and reimbursement depend on your plan.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes — pause or cancel future shipments anytime from your account. There's no long-term commitment.
Privacy & safety
Is my information private?
Yes. Your health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and the independent providers and pharmacies who deliver your care maintain their own records under their legal and professional obligations.
What if I have a medical emergency?
TELI is not for medical emergencies. If you're experiencing an emergency, call 911.
